This is my fifth year cheering for Excel and it's so amazing how we have grown over the years.
Excel is a very welcoming team of cheerleaders who are very supportive. This makes you feel
great about coming to practices and being a part of such a fabulous group of people. These people
are there for you no matter what inside or outside cheerleading. They see you at your worst and at
your best. Our team has a strong bond that I feel no other team has. This really makes Excel unique.
I enjoy being around everyone for the exciting and fun atmosphere that everyone creates. It's never
a dull moment! Thanks Excel for all the great times and memories!

After being out of the cheerleading world for 3 years, Cheer Excel is the perfect team to rekindle my
love for the sport. My new team members are fabulous. I am excited to make new friends and make great
memories with them. Everyone is outgoing and wants to have a good time which is what makes practice so
fun and relaxed. We all want to be there and the support is enormous. I can't wait till the first
competition when months worth of practice is showcased in 2 1/2 minutes.

Three years ago I made the decision to transfer to a college back home so I could coach a local team.
Through helping them with tumbling at Paramount, I found Cheer Excel. It had been about a year
since I had cheered and was convinced I would never find a team as talented as my high school
team. Well…Cheer Excel blew me away! Since 2004, I have found a second family with Excel.
We have experienced victory and loss, happiness and sadness, laughter and tears. I have spent
some of the best nights of my life with Excel and I plan to have many more.

“It’s always a little nerve wracking when you join a team with a group
of people where you know no one. But with Excel, everyone has gone out
of their way to get to know me and make me feel comfortable. I have
only known my fellow teammates for a few months, but they already feel
like family! Whether we are at practice, eating at Friendly’s, having a
sleepover at the gym, or going on a haunted trail, there is never a
dull moment with the members of Cheer Excel. Excel has been an amazing
experience so far, and I can’t wait to hit the floor with our awesome
routine!”

"I finally decided to do Excel this year after hearing about it for the past few years from the Excel
members that I work for NCA with. They always told me that Excel was similar to NCA in that it is such a
close group of people that you can consider your family. I finally have some free time in my life right
now so I decided that this year was my chance to experience all of the great things they have told me about
this team. I am loving every second of it so far and can't wait for the rest of the season! Cheerleading
is such a huge part of my life and I am glad to be apart of this amazing team and still doing what I love to
do! I can't wait to step onto the mat with Excel this year! Thank you to my wonderful team who makes me smile
everyday when I think about them and all of the crazy fun we have while working so hard to achieve greatness!

Being part of Excel is amazing! I quit another team that I previously used to cheer for
to become a part of Excel and it was the best decision I have ever made! I absolutely love
the people I get to cheer with on Excel, they have become my second family! I love how each
team member is different in there own individual way and we can all offer something different
to the team. I love how we can all goof off and laugh and have a great time together. I think
that is part of why we are such a successful team, because not only are we teammates, were family!

"Cheering for Cheer Excel has been some of the most memorable and fun
experiences of my life. This squad truely knows the meaning of team bonding
and we take our friendships on this squad very seriously. This team has been
like a family to me for the past 5 years. Not only is it made up of some of
the most talented cheerleaders in Pennsylvania but also the most fun, loyal,
and dedicated cheerleaders. I can't imagine not cheering for this squad and

This is my Third year with Excel and it just keeps getting better. This
group is my second family and Sunday is a day I look forward to all week
long.My favorite part of competing with Excel is when Matt gives his speech
before we go out, it gets my heart pounding and pumps me up! If it wasn't
for Excel I wouldn't be cheering and I wouldn't be any good at stunting,
Excel just makes life good.

Excel is something I wamted to try when college cheering wasn't competitive enough
Never did I realize that i was embarking on a whole new cheerleading career (which came
with an all new cheer-family as well!). Excel lets me give up the stress of the "real
world" and enjoy myself. I love Excel and can't imagine my life without it!

| I began Cheering on Excel the Fall of my Sophmore year. My sister Sarah and I cheered
together for the first time and won a national championship for the first time. I've had
many new and interesting oppurtunities with Excelsuch as winning Worlds in Baltimore, MD.
One of the special things about being on Excel is the friends and the contacts made when
being on the team. I feel that i have achieved many of my goalsfor my cheerleading career

| I started cheering as a Senior in High School and haven't stopped. I cheered at Millersville
University as a Freshmen and competed at College Nationals in Daytona Beach. That was the
last year that Millersville attended a national competition. After competing at a national
level I couldn't stop. That is when friends and I decided to start an open all star team.
Who knew that seven years later we would still be going strong? I will truly say that my
colors will always be Black, Silver, and White! |
